Note that transactions such as check deposits may not begin processing on Sunday. Because Sunday is not considered a normal working day.
So, it usually takes 3 working days to clear a check deposit, so don’t may deposit a check on a weekend.
Instead, the transaction may begin processing the next working day — most likely Monday morning.
Many federal US holidays fall on Mondays, so banks do not count Mondays as business days.
