The complete form of BSC is a Bachelor of Science. BSC ka full form होता है Bachelor of Science जिसे हिंदी में विज्ञान में स्नातक भी कहा जाता है।

BSc Criteria 

  •  Only Biological Science background students are eligible for B.Sc. Also, they have to study Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
  • The age for admission to B.Sc is 18 years or above.
  • Students should have 50 to 60% marks in class 12th.
  • Colleges have different eligibility criteria for BSc programs, and an applicant must meet all the requirements to enroll in the best BSc programs.

Types of BSc

There are two types of BSc. Both are explained below:
1.B.Sc Honours

  • A BSc Honors program aims to provide students with specific, practical, theoretical, and research skills. This degree focuses primarily on one core subject.
  • Its duration is 3 to 5 years.
  • For admission to BSc honors, students must have completed the 12th class from a science background with minimum aggregate marks.

2.BSc General

  • The General BSc program provides students with basic knowledge of science. Basically, it covers all major science subjects.
  • The duration of the course is 3 to 5 years.
  • To qualify for admission to B.Sc general, students must have complete 12th with minimum aggregate marks.
  • The student can study B.Sc general course full-time and part-time.

After BSc 

 After successful completion of a B.Sc, you are now a Graduate. If you are interested in the study, you can apply for Post Graduation with M.Sc or MBA.
