A Baby’s life in the womb is divided into three developmental stages: germinal, embryonic, and fetal. During this prenatal development, the baby grows very intensively. In nine months, a baby that is the size of a dot grows to a real baby with an average weight of about 3 kg or 6,8 lb.
During pregnancy, you’ll see your bump get bigger as your baby develops inside your womb (uterus).
